Adelaide Hills Country Cottages consists of 5 self contained retreats, spread around our entire property, with apple orchards, lemon groves and Murray Grey beef cattle.
As our guests, you are welcome to wander around the property on walking trails, pick apples in season and bring your lines to try your luck at fishing for redfin in a couple of lakes on the property.
Our retreats provide wonderfully relaxing spa baths, romantic fireplaces (we even supply all your wood completely split and ready to use!), and quality appointments throughout.
All your breakfast provisions are provided for a cooked and contintal breakfast each morning of your stay.
We ensure a wonderful quality experience and excellent, unobtrusive hospitality.

Directions: Coming from Adelaide and the M1 freeway, making your way to Oakbank main street, you will find the Oakbank Hotel on left. About another half a kilometre further you will find the Oakbank Pizza bar on left. Immediately after the Pizza bar is Oakwood Road. Turn left and travel until you see property 219 Oakwood Road which is Adelaide Hills Country Cottages. Drive on into reception to pick up your key and receive further directions to your retreat. |

Cancellation Policy / Terms & Conditions
- Cancellations notified more than 30 days prior to arrival day will be entitled to a full refund.
- Cancellations notified 30 days or less will forfeit all monies paid unless we are able to re-book your entire stay to another group at full tariff. If re-booking to another group eventuates forfeited funds may be applied to another booking within a 12 month period from the date of the original booking.
- We strongly recommend you take out travel insurance to provide protection against loss due to cancellation illness injury death loss of luggage inability to travel due to a CFS catastrophic fire rating warning.
- All cancellations are to be in writing.
