Cancelled more than 14 days before arrival then booking payments will be refunded less costs (see below).
Cancelled 14 days to 24 hours before arrival then 50% of the total booking payment will be refunded less costs (see below).
Cancelled within 24 hours of arrival then a no refund policy will apply.
Any cancellation refund will be reduced by corresponding third party booking agency commissions or similar costs.
